5. Prime if applicable. Clear air per device instructions before recording research measurements.
6. Store correctly. Refrigerate reconstituted material as directed; keep unused lyophilised vials per label storage conditions.
7. Document. Log batch, reconstitution date, concentration, and protocol reference for your lab records.
